This chakra, sitting at your core, fuels confidence, motivation, and drive. Ever struggled with follow-through or felt like you weren’t enough? The shadow side of this chakra is shame. To reclaim your power, strengthen your body with movement and remind yourself daily: I am empowered.

Love isn’t just something we give to others—it starts with how we love ourselves. The heart chakra thrives on gratitude. The shadow side? Grief. If you’re struggling, shift your focus to what you do have. A simple gratitude practice can open your heart and elevate your mood.

This chakra is about expressing yourself authentically. If you find it hard to voice your opinions or share your true thoughts, ask yourself: What stories have I been told that aren’t true? Lies—especially the ones we tell ourselves—block our ability to speak with confidence.

Your intuition always speaks, but are you listening? The third eye chakra helps you trust your inner knowing. Start by silencing the mental noise—meditate, journal, or simply sit in quiet reflection. The more you listen, the clearer your intuition becomes.

  1. Crown Chakra – Connection to the Universe

At the top of the head, the crown chakra represents our connection to something greater. It reminds us that we are part of a vast, intelligent universe. When we lose this connection, life can feel meaningless. The solution? Spend time in awe—look at the stars, meditate, or immerse yourself in nature.
